Fence Jumper Arrested at White House

WASHINGTON — A man from Arkansas scaled the fence surrounding the White House Sunday while President Bush was inside and was immediately captured by Secret Service officers. Isn’t this guy a “Poster Boy for a Prophylactic” It’s Not Us…It’s Them!
